August 3

Robin attended camp a few weeks ago and we got to have one on one time every day for a week while I dropped him off every morning. We left early, when no one else was awake and one of the things I looked forward to most was the drop off site. It was here:

On our drive in, we passed beaches, saw turtles and the same Great Egret standing so still, it almost didn’t seem real. After living in a place that didn’t possess any physical beauty for ten years, I will never tire of the things I see when I look around me in Virginia.

This month, I’m participating in the August break.
